Program & Services

Structured support designed around each participant’s needs.

Support Levels Designed Around
Individual Needs

    Social / Standard Support

    Level 01

For participants who benefit from supervision, socialization, structure, and engagement.

    Increased Support

    Level 02

For individuals needing more hands-on assistance with daily routines and mobility.

    Dementia Support

    Level 03

For participants who require ongoing cueing, redirection, reassurance, and dementia-capable support.

    Enhanced Support

    Level 04

For individuals with elevated support needs. Placement at this level requires a comprehensive assessment, and some care needs may exceed what can be safely provided in an adult day setting.

Each participant's support level is determined through an individualized assessment and care planning process. All services are provided within a group adult day setting and are designed to complement, not replace, medical or skilled care.
