Pricing & Payment

Pricing is based on the participant’s assessed support level and whether the participant attends a full day or half day. We can review current rates during the intake conversation or tour and help families understand which support level may apply.

Our daily rates are based on the level of care your loved one needs:

Level of Care Full Day (6–8 hours) Hourly Rate
Level 1: Social Care $95 $15/hour
Level 2: Assisted Care $115 $18/hour
Level 3: Assisted Dementia Care $135 $20/hour

Visits under 6 hours are billed at the hourly rate for that level. For days over 8 hours, the full-day rate covers the first 8 hours, and each additional hour is billed at the hourly rate. Hourly time is rounded to the nearest half hour.

Your loved one’s level of care is determined during the admission assessment. A one-time, nonrefundable $200 admission fee is due once the assessment is complete and they’re approved for admission. Call us to schedule an assessment or ask about which level may be the right fit.

Caring Hearts Adult Day accepts private pay. We also work with families who have Long-Term Care Insurance policies and can provide guidance on the claims process. Veteran benefit pathways may be available for those who qualify. Medicaid and CMS program participation may vary, so we encourage families to contact us to discuss their specific situation. We cannot guarantee insurance payment or benefit approval, but our team can help you understand what options may apply.
